William Lepre is a media strategist and founder of The I Got You Project, a developing community initiative supporting young adults aging out of foster care (ages 18–24). Drawing from more than 15 years of experience in media production and strategic storytelling, William builds systems that connect purpose-driven missions with measurable impact.

William’s commitment to this work is deeply personal. Having experienced abandonment and loss early in life, he understands firsthand the instability many young adults face when navigating adulthood without support. That lived experience shapes the project’s core focus on structure, mentorship, accountability, and belonging.

As CEO, William oversees vision, strategy, partnerships, media, and program development. He is also the creator of The 12 Keys to Leveling Up, the project’s foundational framework designed to help participants build confidence, discipline, life skills, and long-term stability.
