William Lepre - CEO/Founder

William Lepre is an entrepreneur and creative leader with over 15 years of experience in the entertainment industry, artist management, and motivational speaking. His work has spanned building events, managing talent, and developing creative projects that inspire growth and purpose. Drawing from real world experience and hands on entrepreneurship studies at SUNY Ulster, William built his career through persistence, innovation, and service. As the Founder and Executive Director of the I Got You Project, he leads with vision, faith, and a deep commitment to helping youth discover their purpose, build discipline, and transform their lives.

Nick Nekos - Treasurer

Nick Nekos is a pharmacy professional with over 15 years of experience in community and clinical pharmacy management. He currently Managers two pharmacies one in Boiceville, NY & another in Saugerties, NY. He oversees operations, ensures compliance, and maintains high standards of patient care. Nick holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy from D’Youville College and a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from SUNY New Paltz. His strong background in science, healthcare, and operations brings valuable structure and financial oversight to the I Got You Project.

As Treasurer, Nick is dedicated to ensuring transparency, accountability, and long term sustainability for the organization’s mission to uplift and empower youth and communities in need.

Denise Bonetti - Secretary

With years of experience in customer service and office administration, Denise Bonetti brings strong organizational and communication skills to the I Got You Project board. Her background spans hospitality, bartending, and administrative work including serving as a secretary in a dental office where she developed a reputation for professionalism, attention to detail, and leadership in fast paced environments. Denise has also earned multiple certifications in nonprofit operations, equipping her with the knowledge to help manage and support the organization’s mission driven initiatives. Known for her reliability, warmth, and teamwork, Denise plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring clear communication across the board.
